Step 1: Start with a Marketing Strategy

The first video begins at the beginning! It highlights why you should start with a marketing strategy and outlines what could happen if your small business doesn't have one.

I cover what goes into a Marketing strategy, why having one can help you make the right decisions when it comes to marketing opportunities and how it brings clarity to your team for the long term.

It's the foundation for all marketing activity and paramount for any business to determine its purpose and all-important 'why'!

Step 2: Map out your Marketing activity

Once you have a marketing strategy to provide you with a solid foundation for all marketing activities ('your why'), you can work up an overview of your marketing activity through a structured roadmap (the 'how'). It aligns with your business aims and the marketing objectives you detailed in your strategy.
